The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies by city and delivery time. Rates for standard and expedited shipping services differ accordingly.

FlowersMan.com is committed to ensuring on-time delivery. Our top priority is to deliver your order at the promised time. However, if our florist informs us that your requested delivery time cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll promptly contact you to discuss the situation.

You will then have two options: either reschedule your order for the earliest available delivery slot or cancel it altogether.

If we fail to deliver your order on time for an expedited service, you will receive a full refund for the express shipping fee. Refund claims are valid only if the delay occurs due to our team.

Please inform us immediately if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your selected delivery date and time. Our team will follow up to resolve the matter promptly.

Refund requests for shipping fees will not be accepted if:

• A) The recipient refuses to accept the order.
• B) No one is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
• C) The delivery address is incomplete, causing unavoidable delays.

At FlowersMan.com, substitutions are occasionally made to ensure your order arrives within the promised timeframe. We only substitute an item when it’s absolutely necessary and no other option is available to deliver your chosen product on time.

Our first rule of substitution is simple. The replacement will always be of equal or greater value than the product you selected.

If you order a bouquet made entirely of tulips, we may replace the color while keeping the same flower type.

If you order a bouquet made entirely of sunflowers, we may replace the flower type while maintaining the same color theme.

For assorted bouquets, we may substitute certain flowers or colors to ensure the final arrangement closely resembles your selected design.

Similarly, if the container or wrapping style you’ve chosen is unavailable, we’ll replace it with an alternative that complements your order and maintains the same overall presentation.
